wget好啊，就是好来就是好
在网上下一个文件，下了几次每次都是超时退出，忍无可忍之际，决定用cygwin里面的
wget下载（也可能是我以前下载后放cygwin里面的，忘记了）。发现仍旧超时，不过
wget自动重连，自动续传，如此如此，这般这般，自动重连并续传8次，终于成功了。
就是好来就是好啊！
